No, you do not need to be on site when hire items are installed. If there are any specific delivery instructions, just let us know prior to delivery.
We aim to have hire products on site within 3 business days, however this can vary during busier periods. If you can give us advance notice, it is appreciated to help with scheduling. However, we will always try and help you out if you need something in a shorter time frame. Just get in contact.
This happens all the time. With temporary fence you are charged by the month, so you will be charged a monthly rate based on the meters on site. All other items are charged on a weekly basis pro rata to your initial rates.
Chat to us about this as we always tailor our packages to suit your needs. As a general guide, temporary fence, crossover protection and rubbish cages are hired out for a minimum of 26 weeks.
As per Your Site Hire & Sales Equipment Rental Terms, once you hire a product you are responsible for all equipment on your site. If it is stolen you will be invoiced current replacement cost. With damaged items, you will be charged for repair and parts, if this is not possible, full replacement cost will be invoiced.
